Containment systems provide flexible storage solutions.
Wastewater treatment plants sometimes encounter periodic or emergency needs for temporary storage of biosolids. Containment systems from Cadman Power Equipment Ltd. provide flexible, fully enclosed, cost-effective storage for a variety of needs.

Solutions include the Winsystem, a completely portable storage unit consisting of a trailer with a hydraulically powered, rotating drum and a Winbag. The bags are available in capacities of 26,420 gallons and 52,830 gallons.
Bags are made of PVC-coated polyester fabric and come with three 6-inch connection points, three vent tubes, and a 10-foot-square piece of patching material. The bladder allows continuous operation of a drag hose or tanker in fields located far from the pit or lagoon. The slurry can be pumped into and out of the bladder simultaneously, while the third port allows agitation inside the bladder.
The bladder can be rolled up and transported using the bladder caddy, a self-contained, trailer-mounted hydraulic reeling system and carriage. When rolled up, the entire system can be towed safely on public roads by a pickup truck or SUV. This internationally patented system meets the needs of contract custom pumpers as well as emergency or first-responder agencies. Versatility and ease of handling allow crews to handle emergencies efficiently, preventing costly cleanups and environmental problems.
Custom pumpers use the bag as a buffer supply when land-applying biosolids. In this way, they avoid costly downtime and maximize time available for land application.
Cadman also offers the Bagtank, providing safe, fully-enclosed storage of municipal biosolids and other non- aggressive liquids. These units are available in capacities up to 1.3 million gallons. Bags are custom fabricated to match specific needs and are available with various agitation options to prevent settling or unwanted buildup.
The bags have been widely used throughout Europe for many years in the municipal, agricultural, and industrial sectors to provide security, odor control, and cost-effective containment.
L-tank units from Cadman provide emergency supplies of water to offset extended dry conditions and damage caused by drought. These units lie flat on the ground and are available in capacities up to 132,000 gallons.
