Amanda Martin, a graduate student at Virginia Tech, received the American Water Works Association 2010 American Water Scholarship.

Rebecca Ye (Bangor, Maine) was named the U.S. winner of the 2010 Stockholm Junior Water Prize.

Don Allen (Silver Springs) was named the Manager of the Year by the Nevada Rural Water Association.

The Florida Stormwater Association named its award recipients:

• City of Tampa Stormwater Program, Excellence Award

• City of Jacksonville Stormwater Management Program, Outstanding Achievement Award

• City of Casselberry Lake Concord Park Project, Excellence Award
