Xylem Inc., a leading global water technology company focused on addressing the world’s most challenging water issues, will launch the Xylem Worldwide Water Show, the company’s first free virtual trade show, featuring more than 100 speakers and 18 virtual booths to explore Xylem’s water solutions on Thursday, Nov. 29. Keynote speakers include Xylem president and CEO Gretchen McClain, and Charles Fishman, author of The Big Thirst: The Secret Life and Turbulent Future of Water, the bestselling book on water in America in the past 25 years.

Other keynote speakers include Michael Deane, executive director of the National Association of Water Companies; George Hawkins, general manager of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority; Dr. Upmanu Lall, director of Columbia Water Center at Columbia University; and Arjun Thapan, former special senior advisor to the President of the Asian Development Bank on Water and Infrastructure.

“As budgets tighten and people manage busier schedules, finding the time and money to attend trade shows becomes difficult,” says McClain. “With the launch of Xylem’s virtual Worldwide Water Show, we’ve provided the opportunity for attendees to conveniently learn about Xylem’s innovative solutions and chat with water experts throughout the industry at no cost to them. We are happy to help solve the problems associated with attending trade shows and help the industry focus on how to solve challenging water problems.”

During the Worldwide Water Show, participants will partake in a three-dimensional trade show experience at their own convenience. They will connect with industry peers through interactive social applications; learn about new industry developments, trends and important news; explore the latest technologies and solutions from Xylem’s market-leading brands; and engage with Xylem experts in live chat sessions, have real-time conversations to learn about products, with the opportunity to ask specific questions and get knowledgeable answers one-on-one.

Register now for this free event. Registered attendees will have access to the sessions on demand for 90 days.
