The new Model DRZ power drain cleaner from General Pipe Cleaners quickly and cleanly clears clogs from 1 1/4- to 3-inch sink, tub and laundry lines.

Weighing just 30 pounds, the light, powerful machine features a variable-speed power cable feed for optimal feeding and retrieving at up to 16 feet per minute. The 4-foot guide tube means you never have to touch the cable. So your hands – and the job site – stay clean.

Operate the Model DRZ horizontally on the kitchen counter or vertically on the floor next to the tub. The quiet motor won’t disturb customers. The pneumatic foot pedal keeps hands free to control the power cable feed and guide tube. A convenient carrying handle on top of the frame makes transport to and from jobs easy.

The rust-resistant aluminum drum carries up to 50 feet of 1/4-inch or 5/16-inch, or 35 feet of 3/8-inch Flexicore wire rope center cable. And General’s quick-change cartridge system lets you switch between different diameter cables without pulling messy cables from the drum.

Flexicore cables are made of heavy-gauge wire tightly coiled around 49-strand aircraft-type wire rope and heat treated. It has unequalled strength and the right amount of flexibility
