Anue Water Technologies relocated to a new manufacturing facility in Oceanside, California, consolidating all manufacturing under one roof. The move was due to increased demand for Anue’s municipal product line, as well as the company’s entry into the industrial wastewater market.

The Work Truck Show sets future dates
The Work Truck Show and Green Truck Summit returns to Indianapolis in 2017 and 2018. The 2017 show will be held March 14-17 at the Indiana Convention Center. Dates for the 2018 show are March 6-9. The Work Truck Show features the latest vocational trucks, vans, vehicle components and equipment on a trade show floor covering over 500,000 square feet. The event includes an educational conference with over 60 sessions designed to help attendees improve operations.

BioAir Solutions names regional sales manager
John M. Sawyer was named regional sales manager for BioAir Solutions, a provider of biological solutions and technology for removing odor and air emissions from wastewater treatment plants and wastewater pumping stations. Sawyer will focus on industrial and municipal applications, serving customers in California, Arizona, Nevada and the Pacific Northwest.

Sherwin-Williams launches water and wastewater LinkedIn group
Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Coatings launched a LinkedIn group for water and wastewater professionals to discuss issues related to protective coatings and lining materials for their operations. The group welcomes water system operators, engineers, contractors, maintenance personnel and other professionals in the water and wastewater industry. Forum topics include case studies, best practices and industry news related to extending infrastructure life, combating erosion, maintaining facilities, avoiding downtime, applying coatings and linings, and system designs.

Aclara acquires Smart Grid
Aclara acquired the Smart Grid business of Tollgrade Communications. Included in the acquisition were the LightHouse Sensors and Sensor Management System software with Predictive Grid Analytics and other intellectual property.
