Hanson Building Products, a manufacturer of a diversified range of concrete and clay building products, announced that its North American concrete pipe and precast business has finalized the purchase of Cretex Concrete Products, which is headquartered in Maple Grove, Minnesota. CCP has a network of 17 manufacturing facilities and 850 employees across 11 states.
