Save time and jobsite preparation with the Top Gun Continuous Inversion System from Perma-Liner.

The Top Gun Continuous Inversion System uses air pressure to invert CIPP liner tubes. The liner inverts continuously without the need for above ground water column towers, tall scaffolding or excess water to invert the CIPP liner. The Top Gun Inversion System allows workers to invert the liner easily and consistently without having to stop and start throughout the inversion installation.

Most installs take less than 10 minutes, based on 500 feet of CIPP inversion from manhole to manhole. During the installation, no pressure is lost in the inverted CIPP liner. The CIPP liner is fully inflated at all times and held tightly against the existing pipe.

Top Gun Units are available in different sizes to accommodate 6-inch to 36-inch diameter pipes, and they are designed to install the Perma-Main CIPP Liner Tube. The unit is portable, consistent and user-friendly.

Case study
A typical non-air inversion installation requires a water column tower, scaffolding and/or a truck with hydraulic lift tower to be placed over the existing manhole for water column inversion. Water columns can range from 5 feet to more than 30 feet. The water inversion process relies on water and is time consuming because the liner will only invert as fast as the water can fill the column. The Perma-Liner Top Gun Inversion system uses a portable over-the-hole continuous inversion process that eliminates the need for hydraulic tower trucks, tall scaffolding set up and water to invert the liner.
