Total Piping Solutions has introduced its newest product for the water and wastewater piping industries, the Triple Tap T3 all-stainless steel universal service saddle.

The Series T3’s design includes a double range band to effectively cut the need for extra on-hand sizes. The Series T3 may be used on all types of pipe including: ductile iron, cast iron, PVC, asbestos cement, steel and HDPE. All versions are equipped with an insulating boot to prevent contact with the pipe and reducing the potential for corrosion when used on ferrous pipe materials.

Patents have been applied for both the seal system and the lug system. The lug system, with a built-in handle, enables one product to carry over twice the range of a standard saddle. The outlet design features a stronger spine, extruded branch with higher strength welds to resist threaded service valve installation torque and fatigue cracking.

The Series T3 is rated up to 250 psi maximum working pressure and uses NSF-61 approved NBR rubber. Branch connections are available in 1/2-inch to 2-inch diameters and outlets come in “CC” or “NPT” thread pitches.

The Series T3 exceeds all industry standards including AWWA C800.
