Highway department rehabilitates culverts during polar vortexProblem: In January and February 2014, one of the coldest winters in history, the Saskatchewan Department of Highways and Infrastructure contracted with Winnipeg-based MuddRuckers Inc. to complete a culvert rehabilitation project. The project consisted of four large culverts in separate locations. One was a round, 5-foot-diameter, 130-foot-long pipe.
