Installed in Minutes, Quick-Lock Sleeves Restore Structural Strength and Seal Out Infiltration

For stand-alone point repair, or for pre-lining under high infiltration, Quick-Lock sleeves offer a rapid, easy-to-install and economical way to repair failing pipe. They restore the host pipe’s strength with heavy-gauge 316L stainless steel and seal out infiltration with a single-piece EPDM rubber gasket. Suitable for sewer, water and industrial applications, a Quick-Lock sleeve installs in minutes with minimal manpower and no resin.

How they work

Quick-Lock sleeves are positioned inside the host pipe on a wheeled packer pushed by any standard CCTV crawler (or a pushrod in lines as small as 4 inches). Once in position, air pressure supplied to the packer expands the sleeve against the pipe wall. The sleeve has a patented locking system that once expanded ensures it stays permanently in position. It has its own static capability and absorbs the natural tectonic movements of the pipes. The rubber gasket provides infiltration abatement. Both sleeve and gasket are chemically resistant against sewage, thinned acids, lye and aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Liner end seals are also available and strengthen a CIPP liner at its most vulnerable points — the ends. Stronger and easier to install than other end caps, they’re an insurance policy for installed CIPP.

Quick-Lock minimizes diameter loss and outlasts any other rehab, according to the manufacturer. The product’s lack of resin means no cure time or resin washout. They address a variety of common pipe problems, including infiltration, longitudinal and circumferential cracks, root intrusion, holes, leaks, offset joints and abandoned laterals. Multiple sleeves can be interleaved to perform longer repairs. Sleeves are available in diameters ranging 4 to 72 inches. The design meets ASTM F3110-14 for mechanical trenchless point repair.
