Hi-Vac Corporation, manufacturer of sewer cleaning and hydroexcavation equipment, industrial vacuum systems, hydro-jetters and portable and stationary vacuum equipment, has named Daniel J. Coley president of the company.

Coley has over 30 years of managerial experience in the vacuum equipment industry. He has been charged with taking Hi-Vac Corporation to the next level of success through a combination of new product and channel development for all of Hi-Vac's product lines, including Aquatech, X-Vac, UltraVac, Hi-Vac and O'Brien.

"I am thrilled with the opportunity at Hi-Vac," Coley said in a press release. "The sky is the limit with everything that we have going on here. I will use my industry-relevant experience in sales and marketing, new product development and distribution to lead Hi-Vac Corporation to the top of the municipal, industrial and contractor vacuum equipment markets. We will be very open to new ways of doing things and to new relationships and alliances of all sorts."

Coley graduated from the University of Dayton and is currently a member of the National Association of Sewer Service Companies, the American Public Works Association and the American Water Works Association.
