Anna Massey was hired by Neel-Schaffer as an environmental scientist based in the firm’s Chattanooga (Tennessee) office. She is also a member of the International Erosion Control Association and the Ecological Society of America and serves on the Stormwater Regulations Board of Chattanooga.Brian Davis was hired as MS4 coordinator for Lower Swatara Township in Pennsylvania. MS4 stands for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System. Stormwater requirements of the Clean Water Act are under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s MS4 Program.William Gomes, former Mifflin County (Pennsylvania) Planning and Development director, was honored with a 2020 Governor’s Award for Local Government Excellence.
