Anna Massey was hired by Neel-Schaffer as an environmental scientist based in the firm’s Chattanooga (Tennessee) office. She is also a member of the International Erosion Control Association and the Ecological Society of America and serves on the Stormwater Regulations Board of Chattanooga.

 Brian Davis was hired as MS4 coordinator for Lower Swatara Township in Pennsylvania. MS4 stands for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System. Stormwater requirements of the Clean Water Act are under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s MS4 Program.

William Gomes, former Mifflin County (Pennsylvania) Planning and Development director, was honored with a 2020 Governor’s Award for Local Government Excellence. Stormwater management plans were among the items he oversaw.

The City of Melbourne (Florida) hired David Wilkison to serve as its new city engineer. Wilkison has more than 37 years’ civil engineering and management experience. Stormwater projects will be part of his responsibilities.

Cherokee County (Georgia) hired Geoff Morton as the deputy county manager. Among his duties is oversight of stormwater management building inspections.
