Oldcastle Precast, a manufacturer of precast concrete, polymer concrete, composite and plastic building products, has acquired the assets of Colorado Precast along with a manufacturing location in Loveland, Colorado.

The acquisition will strengthen Oldcastle Precast's position in the important Colorado, Wyoming and Montana markets while adding to the company's leading position in the growing Denver metropolitan area.

Colorado Precast offers a diverse line of precast concrete products that are consistent with Oldcastle Precast's strategy to be leading providers of infrastructure solutions in every major U.S. market.

“We are excited to build on our strategy to provide a comprehensive line of quality precast concrete products nationwide,” says Oldcastle Precast Central Region President Brian Rhees. “Our acquisition of Colorado Precast strengthens our positions as a leading provider of storm, sanitary and utility products in Colorado and adds to our growing product offering with building systems.

"We are pleased to add this well-respected company to our Colorado team, and see tremendous synergies that will benefit both companies and our customers.”
