Municipalities are under increasing pressure to expand wastewater infrastructure while controlling capital costs, minimizing environmental impact, and preparing for future growth. Pressure sewer systems have become a proven solution for serving difficult terrain, replacing failing septic systems, reducing inflow and infiltration, and extending service to areas where traditional gravity sewers may be cost prohibitive.

Watch this educational webinar to explore how pressure sewer technology works, where it delivers the greatest value, and how municipalities are using it to overcome challenges such as rocky soil, high groundwater, environmentally sensitive areas, and dispersed populations. Attendees will also learn about grinder pump technologies, system design considerations, operator benefits, and real-world case studies that demonstrate significant project cost savings.

Whether you are evaluating collection system alternatives, planning a sewer extension project, or looking to improve system performance, this session will provide practical insights and proven strategies for implementing pressure sewer solutions with confidence.

Key Learning Objectives

  • Understand when pressure sewer systems are a viable alternative to gravity sewers.
  • Learn how pressure sewer can reduce construction costs and environmental disruption.
  • Explore the differences between grinder pump technologies and their impact on system performance.
  • Review design best practices for maximizing system efficiency, reliability, and future growth.
  • Examine real-world municipal case studies demonstrating substantial cost savings and operational benefits.
