Partnerships Are the Key to Source Water Management for This Missouri City

Protecting the source water in Kirksville, Missouri, is paramount fort the city’s Public Works department. Department director Glen Balliew says partnerships are key. “The state owns the parks system around the lake, but the city manages the lake.
