Leadership has become a topic of great interest for public water and wastewater utility managers. To meet the need to develop strong leadership skills, four leading industry associations have joined to develop a Water and Wastewater Leadership Center for public utility leaders. Sponsors are:

* National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA)

* Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA)

* American Water Works Association (AWWA)

* Water Environment Federation (WEF)

The WWLC is accepting applications through Dec. 10 for its 2011 session March 6-18 at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Campus. For more information, visit www.nacwa.org.
