Wachs Water Services opens new regional office in Canada;

Company also adds business development personnel to support growth

 Wachs Water Services has opened a new regional office in Burlington, Ont., as a regional hub for project management, field technicians, partner training and customer support to clients in Canada. Wachs has worked with more than 200 clients in the United States in the past decade and is experiencing growth in its solution offerings.

The company supports clients with infrastructure condition assessment, GPS mapping and CMMS information as part of an offering to prevent water main breaks, minimize non-revenue water, reduce taste and odor complaints, and provide strategy for rehabilitation and replacement.    

“Canadian utilities are very progressive, and our new regional office will enable us to provide a wide range of water infrastructure renewal services throughout the,” said Cliff Wilson, company president. Wachs has also expanded its business development team. William Jappy was appointed region business development manager for Canada with a focus on the Atlantic, Central and Prairie Provinces. Doug Roy was named western region business development manager,  responsible for California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, and Alberta.
