SJE-Rhombus announced the retirement of CEO Laurie Lewandowski and the succession of David Thomas. He will assume the role of CEO in early December having previously held the position of president/director of standard products.

Thomas will continue SJE’s commitment to providing customers with innovative control solutions through the company’s four business units: Sump, Sewage and Effluent Controls, Engineered Municipal Panels, Embedded OEM Controls and Ceramic Filtration Solutions. SJE-Rhombus will continue its focus on providing excellent customer service, continuous improvement through lean operations and global expansion.

Lewandowski grew within the organization serving in many different roles including president, vice president of marketing, purchasing director and IT director. She began her career at the company in a manufacturing assembly role. She has seen the business grow from a garage assembly operation to a global business with six locations and become a 100-percent employee-owned privately held company.
