The American Water Works Association is promoting its 20th State of the Water Industry Survey and asking the water community to share its feedback on industry trends and growth. This is your chance to contribute to 20 years of quality water industry data.

The AWWA annually surveys water professionals to gauge their perceptions of the water industry and to identify and track significant trends. This survey provides a glimpse into the challenges and opportunities water professionals face in providing safe drinking water and discharging clean water to the environment.

This survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Individual responses are held strictly confidential and will be reported in aggregate only. All questions are optional, and you may skip questions you would prefer not to answer. The survey closes in November and would-be participants should take it as soon as possible.
