Rio Tinto, one of the world's largest metals and mining corporations, came to HotJet USA looking for a hot water jetter to jet their water and drainlines. They particularly wanted hot water because of its capability to deep clean and remove mineral build up on the sides of pipes.

Their hot water jetter was built industrial-duty from the ground up with a super duty base that can be “forklifted” from the ends and from the sides.

Features include:

  • 68 hp turbo diesel with 980,000 Btu
  • 40 gpm at 2,000 psi
  • Full lighting
  • Water that can run up to 140 degrees
  • 330-gallon water tank
  • Full fire supression
  • Full safety guards
  • Unique “dead man’s switch” that can kill the machine instantly right at the point of the job

HotJet USA can custom-build your jetting equipment! Call with your application specifications at 800-624-8186.
