The Water Environment Federation is hosting the Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) 2015 Seminar on June 8-9 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., which focuses on managing FOG.
The interactive program presents background information and implementation details for various FOG management strategies. The purpose of the training is to present a range of options that can be used as a basis for utilities to design and implement their own site-specific FOG management programs. The seminar includes exercises and guided discussions.
