Woolpert names president
Scott Cattran was named president and CEO of Woolpert. Cattran has been will the national architecture, engineering and geospatial firm for 17 years, joining the company as phase manager in 1999.

RapidView IBAK North America adds two dealers
RapidView IBAK North America added Sewer Equipment of Illinois as the exclusive dealer for RapidView IBAK North America pipeline inspection and rehabilitation equipment in Northern Illinois and Wisconsin and Sewer Equipment of Kansas as the exclusive equipment dealer in Kansas.

RauschUSA adds two distributors
Fredrickson Supply (Grand Rapids, Michigan) and GPM Equipment Solutions (Arlington, Texas) joined the RauschUSA network of authorized distributors and will offer the entire line of RauschUSA pipeline inspection products.

Makita U.S.A. wins vendor award
Makita U.S.A. was named Sphere 1 Vendor Partner of the Year for the second straight year at the membership’s annual meeting in Orlando, Florida. Makita U.S.A. earned the best overall score on the Sphere 1 Annual Support Card, which ranks all 97 vendors on six separate criteria. Sphere 1 is a cooperative of independent tool, fastener and concrete accessory distributors.

Hydra-Flex relocates headquarters
Hydra-Flex, manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, moved its office and manufacturing facility to a larger site in Eagan, Minnesota.

Open Spatial introduces touch capability in enlighten 3.3
Open Spatial introduced touch capability to enlighten 3.3, the web browser-based mapping application and geoportal. Users can now pinch-zoom gestures directly on the map and panels to make selections and execute functions from their desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
