Bureau of Reclamation Announces Funding for Drought Projects

The Bureau of Reclamation recently announced a funding opportunity for WaterSMART: Drought Resiliency Projects. This program provides federal cost-share funds for entities to take a proactive approach to drought through building projects that increase water supply reliability and improve water management. Eligible applicants include:States, Tribes, irrigation districts and water districts. State, regional or local authorities, the members of which include one or more organizations with water or power delivery authority. Other organizations with water or power delivery authority.
