The SC1512 boasts a 12-cubic-yard (2,400-gallon) carbon steel debris tank and carries up to 1,500 gallons of freshwater. This allows crews to stay on the job longer, significantly reducing the number of trips needed for dumping and refilling. The truck features a continuous-duty positive displacement blower capable of moving 5,000 cfm at 18 inches of Hg. Paired with Huber’s nine-stage cyclonic filtration technology, the system maximizes airflow while keeping destructive debris out of the final filter. A driveshaft-driven triplex pump delivers 86 gpm at 2,500 psi. The telescoping boom offers a 28-foot reach and a 180-degree rotation, giving operators the flexibility to position the suction tube exactly where it is needed without constant, time-consuming vehicle repositioning.
In addition, a newly designed hose reel for the Lancer Series features hydraulic extension that allows the reel to be precisely positioned over tank manways, reducing manual handling, minimizing operator fatigue and helping streamline tank servicing operations. Combined with a refined winding mechanism, durable construction and operator-focused manual controls designed to perform reliably in harsh environments, the system addresses key challenges in confined-space and tank-servicing applications.
