The city of Bloomington received the 2022 Education and Outreach Award from the Indiana Association of Floodplain and Stormwater Management for its Residential Stormwater Grants Program.Mandy Chu, a senior at Troy Athens High School, won the Oakland County (Michigan) Water Resources Commission’s Preserve MI Waters: Stormwater Manhole Cover Art Contest. Her artwork will be cast onto 50 manhole covers across the county.
