PEOPLE/AWARDS
The Missouri Department of Economic Development awarded more than $25 million to 52 statewide projects through its Community Development Block Grant program. Recipients receiving grants aimed at stormwater projects include:
- City of East Prairie: $625,300
- City of Fulton: $530,000
- City of Wood Heights (Phase 1): $468,042
- City of Wood Heights (Phase 2): $542,051
D&B Engineers and Architects received a Diamond Award in Category F: Waste and Stormwater from the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York. The company was honored for its Ocean Beach Flood Mitigation and Resiliency Project, which upgraded the sanitary and stormwater infrastructure within the downtown area of the Village of Ocean Beach.
Alexander Rozycki was hired as the city engineer for the city of Woburn (Massachusetts). He brings extensive experience in stormwater management.
