Aqua-Aerobic Systems of Loves Park, Illinois, merged with METAWATER Co. of Tokyo, Japan. Aqua-Aerobic Systems, including its subsidiary, Mecana Umwelttechnik of Switzerland, will be part of METAWATER USA, the company’s U.S. subsidiary with operations in Rutherford, New Jersey.
