CONEXPO-CON/AGG and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers have announced a new radio show and podcast to engage with individuals who want an insightful look into the changing landscape of the construction industry. The weekly program CONEXPO-CON/AGG Radio — If It’s New It’s Here will air Tuesdays at 10 a.m. CST beginning March 15 on iHeartRadio.

The show’s host, Peggy Smedley of the Peggy Smedley Show – The Voice of IoT drives the show each week leading up to the largest international gathering in the Western Hemisphere for the construction industry — CONEXPO-CON/AGG, March 7-11, 2017, in Las Vegas. The program takes a holistic view of the industry and provides a platform to raise awareness of the innovations in the construction industry and the opportunities they are creating.

“CONEXPO-CON/AGG helps industry executives keep pace with the latest in new equipment and product innovations,” says Rich Goldsbury, CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 show chairman and president of Bobcat Company and Doosan. “Technology is critical to the future of the construction industry and CONEXPO-CON/AGG Radio will help us to continuously connect our audience with the most cutting-edge innovations in the industry on an ongoing basis.”

The show will feature industry experts who have firsthand knowledge to discuss the future of infrastructure, work sites and jobs in the industry. Show segments will address challenges and opportunities, future equipment technology, impacts technologies have on the market and ways to expand your business. The programs will be available as a downloadable podcast from the show website — http://www.conexpoconagg.com/.

“A weekly radio program with an innovative and entertaining supporter of the connected world is a great opportunity to keep our audience engaged,” says Sara Truesdale Mooney, vice president, exhibitions and business development. “We’re excited to be able to work with an internationally known speaker and media personality and we believe Peggy Smedley will be a tremendous ambassador for CONEXPO-CON/AGG.”
