The XP2F is a metering and data acquisition option available for any Cla-Val control valve. It is an all-encompassing instrumentation package that includes pressure, valve position and flow data from valve-mounted pressure and position transmitters. The data is assimilated into a proprietary algorithm program to arrive at a flow measurement. Metered flow through the main valve can be used for flow indication or flow control. It also retransmits flow and transmitter measurements to PLC/SCADA via 4-20mA signals.
