People/AwardsRobb Fellows received the Andy Aldax Carson River Watershed Award, which is given by the Carson Water Subconservancy District. Fellows was the Carson City (Nevada) chief stormwater engineer and floodplain manager before retiring this year.Sandy Weinel was hired as the Town of Braselton (Georgia) public works director. She had most recently served as the town’s director of stormwater and roads.The city of Sand Springs (Oklahoma) presented Stormwater Excellence awards to resident Cathy Peters (first place) and Sand Springs Public Schools (second place). Peters was honored for her dedication to keeping the detention pond clean at the Villas at Stone Creek
