In this online exclusive video for Municipal Sewer & Water magazine, Monty Ledbetter, utility director for the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, offers viewers a detailed look at one-of-a-kind water supply project.

The project is the most ambitious undertaking in the city's history and the only one of its kind that has been done in North America, according to Ledbetter. Part of the 17-mile raw-water pipeline project includes a 2,600-foot, 63-inch diameter tunnel through a mountain that comes out 40 feet below the water level in Lake Ouachita,
